Stopped in for a week visit with my inlaws a wanted to try out Crossfit. (I’m a bodybuilder looking to expand my fitness.) I was welcomed by everyone in the classes. I was also extremely motivated and inspired by all the men and women (young and old) who were pouring their hearts into their workouts. Thank you Dave and all the members at the gym for allowing me to become addicted to CF!! I’ll definitely stop back in next time I’m in town.
