What Separates Us From The Pack

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program around that works with a greater diversity of tools, methods, and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit Roseburg there are no egos, and no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, knowledgeable, and here to help push you to new levels of fitness.

Getting Started

There are two options on how to join the gym. If you have been doing CrossFit somewhere else, or have a background in lifting, you can take our Test Out. If you pass the Test Out, you get automatically cleared to hop right into the regular classes. If you do not pass the Test Out, you have one of two options. The first option is a one-on-one fundamentals class with a coach. The second option is small group fundamentals with up to ten people. Both of these classes are very similar, but the one-on-one fundamentals is done around your schedule, and is a little more money. The small group fundamentals meets Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:30pm and is four weeks long. We continuously run a new small group fundamentals class at the end of every four weeks.
