Bench Press x 3
Rest 15 seconds
Chin-ups x 5-7 @ 21×1
Rest 90 seconds
EMOM perform 15 Hollow Body Rocks.
To start the workout perform 15 HBR’s with the remainder of the minute do as many burpees as possible. At the top of the next minute perform 15 HBR’s and then continue with this process until you complete 50 Burpees.
